1. Deposits - Bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday date must be paid in full before occupation. Bookings made prior to 4 weeks require a deposit of £80 which will be refunded if cancelled more than 4 weks prior to occupancy.le
2. Payments - The ballance is due 4 weeks before the holiday and can be paid in cash or by cheque (made payable to RW & J Walker). All cheques for bookings made within 4 weeks must be paid at least 6 working days prior to occupancy.
3. Availability - In the event of the owners being forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control, full monies will be refunded.
4. Occupancy - Tenancy begins at 4pm on the first day and ends at 10.30am on the last day of the holiday.
5. Damage - The Hirer will pay for all damages and/or breakages.
6. Pets - Pets are not allowed.
7. Linen - Bed linen is supplied as stated in the brochure, cot linen and cot blankets ar NOT supplied, towels are NOT provided.
8. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
9. Car and Personal Belongings - These remain the hirer's responsibility at all times and should be covered by personal insurance.
10. Cancellation - In the event of the hirer cancelling within 4 weeks of the holiday, monies already paid will only be refunded if a replacement letting is secured.
